Eben Roux

Certified Property Inspector

Eben Roux was born and bred in the Western Cape. His father was a building contractor and after completing his matric, Eben joined the Fire Brigade where he served for 4 years – 3 years as a fireman and 1 year as an officer. He then left the fire brigade to work with his father in the Construction Business.

During his career within the Construction business, he worked for companies such as Murray & Roberts, LTA and Concor. Eben did courses on Building Management and Building sites and was a Quality Controller for various building sites. After that, he started his own Construction Company and became part of the Master Builders Association where he served actively for 20 years. He has experience in brick building and incremental construction.

Eben also furthered his studies in another field. He completed his doctorate in Behavioral and Life Skills Studies and received his PhD in 2011. But, he did not stop there and qualified himself as a Certified Professional Inspector (CPI)® through InterNACHI.

Eben is happily married to his beautiful wife Elsie, who works alongside him in all his endeavors.
